Through its personnel the Tritanium Company has a strong background in the international maritime & offshore market (Oil & Gas) and as such has detailed knowledge of the requirements of the global training market. We have developed various products in the area of incident investigation, training and competency assurance, with the main focus on lowering the operational risk of our customers by managing its training needs and focusing on full compliance. Our personnel have considerable experience in the operation and development of training centers including audit processes.
On-site start up assistance
- Setting up function profiles and competency sets according to IMCA / IADC / OPITO standards
- Developing and implementing a competence framework for your organisation
- Scanning and importing certficates and certificate records (can also be done for remote locations)
- Importing external HR and certificate data and training matrices (from Excel, CSV or other databases)
- Auditing of database content and data consistency
- Cleaning up duplicate certificates, courses, qualifications, functions and personnel records
- Security group analysis, setting up access permissions per company, location, department or vessel / rig
- Work processes analysis
- Checking, monitoring and processing interface log files
- Monitoring your database and application usage by means of a regular checkup of data and KPI reports
- Certificate check with document scan
- SkillsXP training, for both basic and skilled users
- Assessor training

Consultancy after implementation: validation and auditing
Consists of: monthly audit and progress report on pre-defined KPI’s in the system (access to system needs to be given)

- 2 extra training days – if required
- Regular contacts with SkillsXP users
- Site visit: one day every month
- Phone conference: every 2 weeks
- Monthly audit and progress report on pre-defined KPI’s in the system (access to system needs to be given)
Updates on competence requirements (yearly subscription)
Subscription to our Global Requirements service. Quarterly updates (or more frequently in case of major changes) with international rules and regulations for mandatory offshore training. Updates can be automatically uploaded to the SkillsXP system making sure it is up-to-date with the latest regulations.
Updates on training facilities worldwide (yearly subscription)
Subscription to our Global Training Network service. Quarterly updates on training facilities worldwide delivering specific types of training.
Options:
- Updates on OPITO, OLF, NOGEPA approved centres
- Updates on Well Control, drilling related training
- Updates on other kinds of training

Audit of training facilities (per training facility)
A general audit of a training facility takes up to 5 days to complete.
Consists of:
- On site audit of training facility (+/- 3 days)
- Report on findings (+/- 2 days)
Audits of specific training programs need to be made on a case by case basis since time involved depends largely on duration of the course.
