Maintaining compliancy to industry standard regulations with regards to training of employees can be a daunting task. Especially when you do business on a global scale and personnel is sent to projects worldwide and their requirements change as they move from region to region.

Training Matrix
After storing all certifications in the database, the Training Matrix will show a quick & clear overview of certificates valid, expired and missing. This lets you anticipate to future situations and respond accordingly. You can plan training directly from within the matrix window. When a course is planned, the expected acquire date is shown in the matrix. This has proven to be very helpful to plan renewals and even can be used to estimate training budgets.
Employee Development
The training management module in SkillsXP also helps you manage Management Development Plans, careerpaths - ways to attrack and retain personnel and to assure the level of competency of your workforce in the future.
- Define careerpaths: determine which functions are in the careerpath and set additional requirements like ‘months in function’ and ‘required education’
- Define future training and education for employees individually
- Reserve training budget for Personal Development Plans
